§45-41-22. Information Requirements for CAIR Permit Applications.
22.1. A complete CAIR permit application will include the following elements concerning the CAIR SO2 source for which the application is submitted, in a format prescribed by the Secretary:
22.1.a. Identification of the CAIR SO2 source;
22.1.b. Identification of each CAIR SO2 unit at the CAIR SO2 source; and
22.1.c. The standard requirements under section 6.
