§45-5-1. General. 1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes emission standards for particulate matter from the operation of coal preparation plants, coal handling operations and coal refuse disposal areas and sets forth permitting, monitoring, testing, recordkeeping and reporting requirements. 1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §22-5-4. 1.3. Filing Date. -- May 2, 2024. 1.4. Effective Date. -- June 1, 2024. 1.5. Sunset provision. -- Does not apply.
