§45-5-9. Monitoring of Operations. 9.1. Thermal dryers subject to subsection 4.1 shall meet the monitoring and calibration requirements set forth under 45CSR16. 9.2. The owner or operator of a thermal dryer subject to subdivision 4.1.b shall install, calibrate, maintain and continuously operate monitoring devices, as set forth in the Appendix to this rule.
