§45-7-1. General. 1.1. Scope. -- The purpose of this rule is to prevent and control particulate matter air pollution from manufacturing processes and associated operations. 1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §22-5-1 et seq. 1.3. Filing Date. -- June 2, 2000. 1.4. Effective Date. -- August 31, 2000. 1.5. Former Rules. -- This legislative rule amends 45CSR7 ATo Prevent and Control Particulate Air Pollution From Manufacturing Process Operations@ which was filed on May 1, 1998, and which became effective May 1, 1998.
