New requirements regarding form filings and legislative changes

Update to Forms Required. Any previously approved insurance form containing language that conflicts with any statutory or regulatory requirements due to statutory or regulatory changes subsequent to approval, must be updated and filed for approval pursuant to W.S. § 26-15-110 before further delivery or issuance for delivery in Wyoming. This memorandum is being provided to notify insurers of this change. Insurers are required to amend any previously filed forms to bring them into compliance.
