Ch. 4, § 3. Approved Identification

Any one (1) form of identification listed below is acceptable to show proof of identification: (a) Valid State Issued photo driver's license or other form of state issued photo identification; (b) Birth certificate; (c) Military ID card; (d) Native American Tribal document; (e) Passport; (f) Certificate of U.S. Citizenship (INS Form N-560 or N-561); (g) Certificate of naturalization (INS Form N-550 or N-570); (h) Alien registration receipt card with photo (INS Form 1-151 or 1-551); or (i) Unexpired reentry permit (INS Form 1-327).
