Ch. 2, § 2. State plan
Cite as Aging Division Rules, Ch. 2, § 2
A state plan on aging shall be developed by the Division at the time specified in the Older Americans Act. The plan shall:
(a) Provide for a comprehensive and coordinated system for services as specified in the Older Americans Act.
