Ch. 3, § 2. Provider Criteria
Cite as Developmental Disabilities - Children Respite Program Rules, Ch. 3, § 2
Provider shall:
(a) Be eighteen (18) years of age or older;
(b) Be selected by the parent; and
(c) Be trained to provide individualized care with a focus on the safety and well being of the child.
(i) Parent will provide training specific to the needs of their child.
