Ch. 24, § 10. Applicant Response to Comments

(a) The applicant shall have ten (10) days after the close of the comment period to file a re- sponse with the Director by delivering or mailing an original and three (3) copies of the response to the Department. (i) Responses to comments shall, to the extent applicable, conform to the application format. (ii) Responses may be filed by facsimile machine provided an original is sent to the Director within seven (7) days of transmission of the facsimile. (iii) The filing date of a comment shall be the date stamped received by the Department. (iv) The applicant shall provide a copy of any response to the person submitting the comment.
