Ch. 24, § 6. Notification of Pending Application

(a) In accord with W.S. § 35-24-104 (b): (i) The applicant shall, at the time of filing, provide notice to the public and all persons on record. (ii) The notice of a pending application shall be approved by the Director. (iii) The public notice of a pending application shall conform to the notice criteria and shall be published for a minimum of seven (7) days in a Wyoming newspaper of general circulation in the area. (iv) The notice of a pending application shall conform to the notice criteria and shall be mailed to all persons on record.
