Ch. 26, § 10. Anesthetic Agents

(a) A center may not administer general or conduction anesthesia. (b) A center may administer: (i) Systemic analgesia for pain control; and (ii) Local anesthesia for perineal repair if indicated. (c) A center shall adopt, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for the proper use of anesthetic agents, including relevant techniques, at the center.
