Ch. 30, § 14. Partial Eligibility

(a) The Department shall maintain a partial eligibility policy in which providers may only submit claims for days the recipient is an eligible Medicaid recipient. (b) The claim admit date shall be the actual admit date, and the number of days billed to the Department shall include only the dates for which the recipient is eligible even if s/he stayed longer.
