Ch. 34, § 1. Authority

(a) The Wyoming Department of Health (Department) promulgates this Chapter pursuant to the Wyoming Medical Assistance and Services Act at Wyoming Statute 42-4-101 through-124. (b) The services offered under the Community Choices Waiver program are authorized by the Medical Assistance and Services Act at W.S. 42-4-103(a)(xvii). (c) The Community Choices Waiver program is federally authorized by waiver of the amount, scope, and duration requirements contained in § 1902(a)(10)(B) of the Social Security Act governing Medicaid. This Waiver has been granted to Wyoming by the United States Department of Health and Human Services under § 1915(c) of the Social Security Act and approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
