Ch. 44, § 3

General Provisions. (a) Except as otherwise specified in Chapter 1 of the Department of Health's Medicaid Rules, or as defined in this Section, the terminology used in this Chapter is the standard terminology and has the standard meaning used in accounting, health care, Medicaid, and Medicare. (b) "Case manager" means individual who provides case management services, as established in Chapter 45, Section 9. (c) "Relative" means a participant's biological, step, or adoptive parent(s).
