Pursuant to W.S. 35-4-107, W.S. 35-4-108, and W.S. 35-4-130 the Wyoming Department of Health is authorized to make rules and regulations pertaining to a list of reportable communicable diseases. The Wyoming Department of Health is generally authorized pursuant to W.S. 35-1-229 to adopt rules as necessary to enforce.
