Ch. 2, § 5. Physicians

(a) Physicians shall report to the State Agency, all cancer patients who meet case eligibility criteria who are diagnosed and/or treated in a private office and who are not admitted to a Wyoming Hospital. (b) Physicians shall supply all available information requested by the State Agency concern- ing cancer patients who meet case eligibility criteria. (c) Physicians shall supply all available information requested by their Hospital Cancer Registrar, concerning cancer patients who meet case eligibility criteria.
