Ch. 13, § 1. Types of Copies

(a) Full or short form certified copies of vital records may be made by mechanical, electronic, or other reproductive processes, except that the information contained in the "Confidential Information for Medical and Health Use Only" section on birth and stillbirth certificates and "Information for Statistical Purposes Only" on marriage and divorce certificates shall not be included. (b) In accordance with Chapter 12, Section 4 herein, non-certified copies may be issued for statistical purposes only.
