Ch. 1, § 4. General Provisions

(a) The Health Information Exchange is established as a federated data repository that facilitates the exchange of data among participants and authorized users, including other health information exchanges and public health registries. (b) This Chapter is intended to implement and be read in conjunction with applicable Wyoming Statutes and federal law.
