Ch. 2, § 3. Certification Application

. (a) In order to be certified by the Department, a provider shall submit a complete certification application in the form established by the Department through the Department's public website. (b) A certification application must provide documentation or other evidence that the provider is nationally accredited pursuant to Section 2 of this Chapter or satisfies the applicable certification requirements established under Section 8 of this Chapter. The certification requirements under Section 8 of this Chapter are deemed satisfied if the provider is nationally accredited pursuant to Section 2 of this Chapter.
