I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity afforded to my child to receive quality education at your institution. However, I wish to respectfully bring to your kind notice the financial hardship currently being faced by my family. Owing to our difficult economic circumstances, and despite our best efforts, my income is insufficient to meet the expenses towards the school uniform, as sought at the time of the admission process.

The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 was enacted to ensure equal access to education for all children, irrespective of their financial circumstances. In keeping with the objects of the said Act, I most humbly request your kind consideration for an exemption from the cost of the school uniform. Such support would ensure that my child's education remains uninterrupted despite our present financial limitations.

In accordance with the provisions of the RTE Act, the State is responsible for ensuring that all eligible children receive free education, including the coverage of necessary costs. Your understanding and support in granting this exemption would be of immense assistance to our family.
