"FOR adoption of a one percent (1%) sales tax for a period of three (3) years within Franklin County, Arkansas, to be utilized solely for the creation and maintenance of an emergency medical service." OR - VOID - "AGAINST adoption of a one per- cent (1%) sales tax for a period of three (3) years within Franklin County, Arkansas, to be utilized solely for the creation and maintenance of an emergency medical service.” - VOID - List of Voters Number Honorable Mary E. It is the opinion of this office, as I informed you by telephone of this date, that this Official Ballot meets the requirements set out in the Arkansas Statutes. Based partly on the information received from you that the ballot number on the upper right hand corner of the ballot would be con- cealed securely by a black sticker two (2).inches square, it is my opinion that the requirements of Ark. Stat. Ann. §3-. 613 (1976 Repl.) have been satisfied. Therefore, assuming that all ballots are identical to the ballot you enclosed then it is the opinion of this office that the County Elec- tion Commission has satisfied all requirements established by Arkansas Law. - The foregoing opinion which IT hereby approve was prepared by Assistant Attorney General Rick D.
