New Fax number: 501-371-2734 New Email address: insurance.externalreview@arkansas.gov The provisions of Rule 76 (23 CAR pt 117), Arkansas External Review Rule, remain unchanged. Insurers are not required to re-file forms currently in use solely for purposes of reflecting the new fax number and email address.
