23 CAR § 373-302. Exclusive remedy

(a) This part provides the exclusive procedure for asserting a claim against the Office of the Arkansas Lottery arising out of or relating to any matter related to contract or torts. (b) Neither an aggrieved person, nor any other interested party has a right to any remedy against the office with respect to any matter in contract or tort except in accordance with the procedures set forth in this part.
