23 CAR § 455-405. Interest payment on deposits

(a) A utility shall pay interest annually on deposits pursuant to Arkansas Code § 23-4-206. (b) Interest shall not accrue on any deposit after the date the utility has made and documented a good faith effort to return the deposit to the depositor.
