23 CAR § 455-513. Returned check charge

(a) A utility may charge an Arkansas Public Service Commission-approved fee for handling a check that is returned unpaid for reasons other than bank error. (b) The amount of the returned check charge shall be set forth in the utility’s tariffed schedule of fees and charges.
