23 CAR § 465-306. Customer meter installation, operation, and maintenance

(a) Each water utility shall provide, own, install, operate, and maintain at its expense equipment necessary for regulating and measuring service delivered to customers. (b) A utility may charge an Arkansas Public Service Commission-approved fee for additional meters: (1) Used as special meters; or (2) Provided for the customer's convenience. (c) The amount of the approved fee shall be set forth in the utility's tariffed schedule of fees and charges.
