23 CAR § 465-308. Pressure recording devices

(a) Each utility providing water service to two hundred fifty (250) or more customers shall maintain a continuous recording pressure device at some central point in the distribution system to record pressure at that point. (b) Each utility providing water service to two thousand five hundred (2,500) or more customers shall have one (1) or more portable recording pressure devices.
