23 CAR § 469-601. Site visits

(a) Employees or agents acting on behalf of the Arkansas Public Service Commission shall have the right to enter the wind energy facility or wind energy facility expansion site upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours to verify ongoing compliance with the Arkansas Wind Energy Development Act, Arkansas Code § 23-18-1401 et seq., this part, and any other permit requirements established by the Arkansas Public Service Commission. (b) Visitors must also adhere to safety requirements, and an employee will need to be present to provide access.
