25 CAR § 1-102. Legal basis and funding

(a) The OIB program is authorized under the Independent Living Services for Older Individuals Who Are Blind program authorized under Section 72 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. (b) Regulations governing the Independent Living Services for Older Individuals Who Are Blind program are contained in the Federal Register at 34 C.F.R. pt. 367.
