(a) It is intended that consumers of this agency receive the quality services necessary and appropriate to the achievement of their vocational goal.
(b) The Division of State Services for the Blind will strive to maximize the potential for consumers to prepare for, obtain, retain, and advance in high-quality jobs and high-demand careers.
