27 CAR § 13-103. Eligibility

(a) Eligible advance expenditures are to be limited to those costs incurred for: (1) Computer hardware and software; (2) Programming; (3) Systems and data conversion; and (4) Implementation. (b) Expenditures for improvements to real property, such as upgrading electrical service or installing raised flooring to facilitate computerization, are not eligible.
