27 CAR § 30-165. Verification of payment of a judgment

Verification of satisfaction of a judgment shall be reported to the Office of Driver Services by: (1) The court rendering such judgment; or (2) A written statement by the judgment creditor or his or her representative that said judgment has been satisfied.
