27 CAR § 30-166. Verification of reimbursement

(a) Verification of reimbursement may be a statement of reimbursement signed by the reimbursor or his or her liability insurance carrier, or receipt, or copies of receipts, signed by the reimbursor. (b) Such verifications must also list the date and location of the accident.
