27 CAR § 91-1101. Purpose

(a) If the relocation of a utility owner's facilities is determined to be reimbursable, the process for reimbursement shall be in accordance with this subpart.
(b) These are the minimum requirements for:
(1) Requesting reimbursement;
(2) Documenting expenditures; and
(3) Processing payments.
