9 CAR § 2-401. Maintenance of case records

(a) The caseworker is responsible for the maintenance of a case record for each individual case in an assigned caseload. (b) The record must contain all documents related to the case from the time of referral until closure. (c) A written narrative containing a history of all contacts with the custodial party and noncustodial parent, all attempts to locate the noncustodial parent, all legal activity, any activity related to an adjustment of a disbursement of child support collections, and any other activity related to the case must be maintained in the data system.
