Rule 2.10. Motion to Withdraw

Defense counsel shall not be permitted to withdraw except by court order upon counsel's written motion. The motion shall include: A. the reason for the withdrawal; B. that the defendant consents to the withdrawal or why defendant's consent is unobtainable; and C. the defendant's last known address.
