Rule 2.11. Discovery

A. No pretrial discovery shall be permitted. B. Immediately before the hearing, both parties shall produce for inspection any prepared exhibits and written or recorded statements of any witness which may be offered at the hearing. Failure to comply with this rule may result in sanctions, in the court's discretion, including granting a recess or continuance to permit such inspection or precluding the evidence not so exchanged.
