R6-10-114. Job Search and Job Readiness Assistance

A. Based on information obtained through assessments or contained in a participant’s employment and career development plan, the Jobs Program may assign a participant to job search and job readiness assistance as a core activity, according to 45 CFR 261.34. B. A participant assigned to job search and job readiness assistance as a core activity shall participate in job search and job readiness assistance for at least the minimum number of hours identified in the participant’s employment and career development plan.
