R6-10-115. On-the-job Training (OJT)

A. Based on information obtained through assessments or contained in a participant’s employment and career development plan, the Jobs Program may assign a participant to OJT. B. The Jobs Program shall approve OJT worksites and assignments that: 1. Are designed to improve the participant’s chances for employment, and 2. Provide compensation in accordance with applicable wage laws. C. OJT activities shall include a written training plan that contains: 1. A job description that lists the skills to be learned; 2. General employment competencies and occupation-specific skills; 3. An evaluation of the participant’s progress; and 4. A schedule that indicates the estimated date of acquisition of each skill.
