R6-5-5004. Referrals Not Guaranteed

A. A Contractor shall make referrals to participating providers on a random basis based on a family’s self-reported needs. B. A Contractor shall not: 1. Guarantee the number or frequency of referrals to a participating provider; or 2. Guarantee that listing on the CCR&R will result in economic benefit or gain to a participating provider.
