R6-6-1807. Denial of a Request for Administrative Review

The Division shall deny a request for Administrative Review upon determination that: 1. The request is untimely; 2. The request does not meet the requirements in R6-6- 1806(A); 3. The request is not based on an Action; or 4. The Action is based solely on a change in federal or state law, rule, or regulation adversely affecting some or all Applicants or Members.
