R9-14-612. Compliance Testing for Wastewater Parameters

A licensee for a laboratory at which compliance testing for wastewater parameters is performed shall ensure that: 1. The laboratory is operated in compliance with the guidelines in Key References C5 and C6; and 2. Each sample for Arizona wastewater parameter compliance testing is analyzed: a. Using an approved method: i. Listed in Table 6.2.B; or ii. Approved by the Department for wastewater parameter compliance testing under R9-14- 610(E); and b. If the approved method is from Key Reference C, following the quality control guidelines in Key Reference C associated with the approved method.
