R17-7-302. Notification of Certification Approval or Denial and Hearing

A. Notification. The Department shall send a written and dated notification of certification approval or denial to an address provided on the application and in accordance with A.R.S. § 28-5107. B. Administrative Hearing. An applicant whose application to become a certified individual is denied by the Department may request a hearing from the Department on the denial pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-5107 and 17 A.A.C. 1, Article 5.
