R18-15-806. Modification or Withdrawal of Offer Before Offer Due Date and Time

A. An Offeror may modify or withdraw their Offer at any time, in writing, before the Offer due date and time. B. The Authority shall place the document submitted in the Procurement File as a record of the modification or withdrawal.
