R18-4-202. Certified Operators

A water supplier of a public water system shall ensure that: 1. The water system is operated in accordance with 18 A.A.C. 5, Article 1. 2. The water system is operated by an operator who is properly certified pursuant to 18 A.A.C. 5, Article 1, to operate each water treatment plant in the system and the distribution system.
