(Statutory reference: 31-237d, 31-237f) The Chairperson of the Board is the executive head of the Appeals Division. The Chairperson may delegate to any person employed in the Appeals Division such authority as the Chairperson deems reasonable and proper for the effective administration of the responsibilities of the Appeals Division. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Counsel shall automatically serve as Acting Chairperson.
