(Statutory reference: 31-237d, 31-237f) The Chairman of the Board is the executive head of the Appeals Division. The Chairman may delegate to any person employed in the Appeals Division such authority as the Chairman deems reasonable and proper for the effective administration of the responsibilities of the Appeals Division. In the absence of the Chairman, the Staff Assistant shall automatically serve as Acting Chairman.
