The Authority may issue orders, including cease and desist orders, under section 16-9 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and the Authority may impose civil penalties under section 16-41 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and the Authority may order back pay and award attorney's fees as it deems appropriate to enforce the provisions of section 16-8a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
