5803 SPILL AND OVERFILL PREVENTION EQUIPMENT UPGRADES 5803.1 To prevent spilling and overfilling associated with product transfer to the UST, all existing UST systems shall comply with new UST spill and overfill prevention equipment requirements specified in § 5705.
