5804 TANK TIGHTNESS TESTING UPON UPGRADE 5804.1 Before beginning to operate an upgraded UST system, the owner or operator shall have a tightness test performed in accordance with the requirements of § 6007, unless the tank is upgraded by cathodic protection and the owner or operator complies with § 5801.7(c).
